More than an activity

You’re not just looking for something to keep them busy.

You want your child to get something meaningful out of the time they spend here.

  • You want them to learn how to listen.
  • How to focus.
  • How to stay patient when something doesn’t come easily.
  • How to keep trying when they get frustrated.
  • And how to feel proud when they realize they can do something they couldn’t do before.

Tiger Kung Fu gives children a structured environment where those lessons can develop through martial arts training.

The goal isn’t just a busy child. It’s a growing child.

What they build

Skills they can
carry with them.

Discipline
Learning to follow instructions, stay committed, and keep working.
Focus
Learning to pay attention, listen, and stay engaged.
Confidence
Building confidence through practice, progress, and accomplishment.
Patience
Learning that improvement takes time and that frustration is part of learning.
Respect
Learning how to respect instructors, classmates, themselves, and the work.
Physical Capability
Developing coordination, movement, strength, and physical ability through training.
How we teach

Serious about training.
Serious about kids.

Children need structure, but they also need an environment where they can learn without feeling overwhelmed.

Training should challenge them while giving them room to improve.

Tiger Kung Fu combines clear expectations, consistent instruction, physical training, and encouragement so children can develop one step at a time.

  • They learn to listen.
  • They learn to practice.
  • They learn to improve.
  • And they learn to take pride in the work they put in.
How they progress

Every child has a place to start.
Every step has a purpose.

  1. 01

    Place

    Start where they belong.

Every new student is evaluated honestly and placed appropriately for their training.

  2. 02

    Earn

    Put in the work.

Children train, develop their skills, and work toward their next level.

  3. 03

    Prove

    Show what they’ve learned.

Students demonstrate their development through testing and practical application.

Progress comes from what they learn and develop, not just how long they’ve been here.

What you’ll see

Consistency.
Structure.
Growth.

Structure
Your child knows there are expectations and learns to work within them.
Consistency
Regular training gives children the opportunity to practice and improve over time.
Accountability
Children learn that effort and participation matter.
Recognition
Progress is recognized as children develop their skills.
Respect
Children learn to respect their instructors, training partners, and themselves.
The right kind of challenge

Challenge them without losing
the fun of learning.

Martial arts should challenge children.

But challenge doesn’t have to mean intimidation.

The goal is to create an environment where children can work hard, learn new skills, make mistakes, improve, and experience the satisfaction that comes with progress.

That’s how confidence is built.

Not by telling a child they’re capable. By giving them opportunities to discover it for themselves.

From a parent

What the experience
feels like.

“Great with my child, he loves kids and knows how to get down on their level and not intimidate them. He has fun but strict at the very same time. Love the Christian environment which is really important for my family and my son loves the Chinese language he teaches all the kids.”
