Train for the real world

You don’t need a belt to know how to defend yourself.

Maybe you’re not interested in working your way through a traditional belt system.

  • You want to learn how to strike.
  • How to move.
  • How to defend yourself standing up.
  • What to do if a fight goes to the ground.
  • How to stay composed when someone is actually resisting you.

That’s what this class is built around.

Mixed Martial Arts brings different fighting disciplines together so you can develop practical skills without worrying about belts, ranks, or ceremonies.

Come in. Train. Get better.

One class. Multiple disciplines.

Train standing up.
Train on the ground.

Real situations don’t stay inside one martial arts style.

That’s why Mixed Martial Arts training draws from multiple disciplines and gives you experience in different ranges and situations.

  • Two people sparring on the mat, one throwing a high kick while the other blocks it

    Stand-Up Striking

Develop movement, distance, timing, combinations, defense, and practical striking skills through kickboxing, sparring, mitt work, and drills.

  • Two adults in white uniforms on the mat in front of the school’s trophy wall, one gripping the other’s head and arm to break his balance

    Judo

Develop balance, leverage, control, throws, and the ability to stay effective when someone grabs or closes the distance.

  • Two adults training on the mat, the one on his back controlling his partner’s extended arm in an arm lock

    Jujitsu

Learn control, escapes, positioning, submissions, and how to respond when an encounter becomes close and physical.

  • Two adults training on the mat, one holding the other down chest to chest in a ground pin

    Ground Work

Learn how to move, defend, escape, control position, and continue working when a confrontation reaches the ground.

The goal isn’t to master one range. It’s to become more capable in all of them.

Keep learning

You won’t spend every night
doing the same thing.

  • One class might put more emphasis on stand-up kickboxing and sparring.
  • Another might take you to the ground for jujitsu.
  • Another might combine striking, takedowns, movement, defense, and practical scenarios.

That variety keeps training interesting while helping you develop a broader set of skills.

You’re not training to look like you know how to fight. You’re training to know what to do.

Skills over rank

There’s no belt to chase here.

Mixed Martial Arts doesn’t use the traditional belt progression found in our Tiger Kung Fu and Fujikan programs.

There are no stripes to collect and no next belt to prepare for.

Your progress shows up somewhere else.

In your movement. Your timing. Your awareness. Your conditioning. Your technique. Your confidence. And your ability to apply what you’ve learned.

Your skill is the proof.

Serious training. Serious development.

What could 18 months
of serious training
do for you?

You don’t need years of collecting belts before you begin developing useful skills.

Train consistently for 18 months and the goal is to build the kind of practical skill set associated with an experienced martial artist, across striking, grappling, ground work, awareness, and self-defense.

Not because someone handed you a belt.

Because you put in the training.

No black belt required. Just the skills that matter.

Ages 13+

For people who want to learn
how to handle themselves.

  • You don’t need previous martial arts experience.
  • You don’t need to be in fighting shape before you walk through the door.
  • And you don’t need to want a traditional black belt.

This program is for teens and adults who want practical self-defense, hands-on training, physical challenge, greater confidence, and experience across multiple fighting styles.

Whether you’re completely new to martial arts or looking for a different way to train, you start where you are and build from there.
